In-stock pieces

You may return an unused in-stock piece, in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Once received and inspected, we refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Made-to-order & personalised

Made-to-order and personalised pieces — including custom leather, colour or initials — are cut and stitched for you alone and are final sale. Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of confirmation, before cutting begins.

Faults

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photographs and we will repair or remake the piece at our cost. Natural variation in scale, texture and colour is inherent to exotic leather and is not considered a fault.
